This new chapter is led by Rachel Milani, whose path to this work was shaped by her own family’s experiences. As an only child, Rachel personally managed the downsizing of her parents’ longtime family home after her mother’s passing, organized an estate sale, coordinated donations, and later guided her father through a move into a smaller home. After his passing, she and her family once again faced the emotional and logistical challenges of sorting, clearing, and honoring a lifetime of belongings. Having experienced firsthand how overwhelming this process can be, Rachel understands the weight families carry during these transitions and the value of having compassionate, capable support.
Professionally, Rachel spent 30 years in the technology field, where organization, planning, and project management were central to her success. Combined with her natural compassion, strong communication skills, and deep respect for the memories tied to a home, she brings both structure and heart to every move.
